I also faced this issue. The captchas in Ubuntu software center are
absolutely hard to crack. You can try creating account thru browser. It

I also had this bug. Then I reinstalled it and now it works normally. So
I think there are some mistakes in program configuration, but I can't
find them.

Where does the greeter get its time from?
Indicator-datetime ultimately gets its time from a call to
g_date_time_new_now_local() + the system timezone, and (unless there's a
bug) is updated at least once per minute. But several people here
(jibel, ogra, more) are reporting the clock being /far/
Same bug here with Ubuntu 14.04 with Unity.
It should be a Blocker issue... that bug decrease productivity so much!

Okay I've talked to mterry and he's confirmed that the greeter gets its
time and date from indicator-datetime. So this is good news of a sort,
it means the bug is probably only in datetime, rather than some larger
strangeness :)

Here's the tested audit debdiff. I tested it in an amd64 VM and on my
amd64 laptop. I generated some AVC denials and verified that they
