@17: I think that's understandable that not giving enough necessary
packages may make apt do wrong decisions. The upgrade is very complex

Sometimes (actually quite frequently) clicking on items that should display
modal dialogs (edit connection, connection information, configure VPN, etc.)
are not displayed, at all.
The problem manifests itself only in a dual monitor setup (doesn't matter in

cleared. Therefore, the icon stays white (= unread messages) and the
LED stays on.
