Raise Behavior->Click To Focus" unchecked.

@Tony, the indicator makes a libnotify request (which goes over dbus)
with a bunch of special x-canonical hints that tells the notification
daemon (unity8) to render the notification as a PIN entry. unity8 does
so and then responds to the indicator (over dbus).
It is certainly possible that unity
Despite unity8 also being a possible culprit, I was guessing it might be
the indicator because the bug description indicated that it mattered
which sim slot was locked. unity8 doesn't even get that information.
So I figured it was below unity8. But if it looks like the indicator is
doing its job
(As to the specific destination and methods for libnotify, I'm not
entirely sure off the top of my head.)

Bug affects all versions of libclang1 I could test (3.3, 3.4 and 3.5).
The precise version of libclang I have is 1:3.4-1ubuntu3.
Running Ubuntu 14.04 (Linux Mint 17.1).
When building a minimal libclang program (refgen.cpp, attached) and using the
"-print-search-dirs" command

Compiling the minimal libclang program attached above using:
clang refgen.cpp -std=c++11 -I"/usr/lib/llvm-3.4/include" -lclang-3.4 -lstdc++
-o refgen
(replacing clang by gcc here does not change anything)
Invoking the libclang program on the test file attached above using:
./refgen test.cpp -std=
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

It looks like the changes in 1.2.3-0ubuntu2.6 may have changed the
timing slightly and exposed an existing bug (possibly bug 836616).
@timothyowens tested a fix from lp:lightdm/1.2 so I've released
1.2.3-0ubuntu2.7 with that.
