new tab it seems obvious to me that the user wants to immediately start
working in that folder. However the new folder is opened behind the
current folder, so the user must explicitly select the new folder

Network is not always recognised. After time or when I move from a wifi to
mobile 3g connection the phone will do either:
1) not connect to mobile network, even though from the network dropdown bar, it
shows a data network is available next to sim

I'm hitting this bug too, and so far working around it by going to Edit
connections -> Edit the network you want to connect to -> manually input
the WPA2 password in the Wi-Fi Security tab -> Save, then it connects
without problems.

It's no better with 3.16.0-44-generic #59~lp1471029. Perhaps even slightly
worse -- in my sample of 2 I've seen the heap at b8d- and b94-, while I think
stock Vivid 3.19 was most often in the b7's.
