Looks like telepathy-ofono is crashing while trying to setup pulseaudio.

pa_context_send_simple_command(). Aborting.
Pat confirmed there are pulseaudio and telepathy-ofono crash files. I
believe
(I see now that Michal had already reported them as bug 1478075.)

There doesn't seem to be a problem described at all here, and the
proposal is perplexing.
Why should the indicator slider change only the ringtone volume? That
would mean if you were playing music, the indicator slider would not
change the volume of the music, which would be ... surprising. And

That the typical alert is far too brief a tone to control its volume
does not necessarily mean that it should have a permanent control in
the panel. That problem could be fixed by following the spec: the
volume controls should control alert volume whenever none of an alarm,
phone call, or media
