desktop and a couple of Thinkpad laptops).

I'll take a look at this. I'll try an updated libseccomp with xenial's
glibc and a > 4.2 kernel and if this works, I'll pursue an SRU. Is there
a simple test case or snap that I can use to verify it is broken with
old seccomp and working with new?

Start the UITK gallery, and resize the window to have a single column.
Now, with TAB you can navigate between the actions in the header, and
the ListView with that list the different Pages with components. But it
is not possible to use the arrow keys to select a ListItem, and
I am having the same problem if I open a protected Libreoffice Writer
document. The system goes back to the login screen as soon as I enter a
password.

We do not support using Tabs in combination with PageHeader. We need to
document that, see this bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source
/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/+bug/1566735
There will be new tab designs though, and we need to evaluate those to
see if we will update the current Tabs component for
Status changed to 'Confirmed' because the bug affects multiple users.

I'm a total noob to all of this stuff. But I've been struggling and
struggling with this for a week.

Question for design: The current Tabs pattern is completely deprecated,
right? We will have a new pattern for that to be used with the new
PageHeader and AdaptivePageLayout. For that, we'll need new API as well
so we deprecate the old Tabs in UITK 1.3.

My guess it that it is video driver / hardware dependent, but I wasn't
able to exactly pinpoint where the issue is. I couldn't find any
documentation as to which device is the correct one to use, but
/dev/tty0 seems to be used by larger projects (logind, GDM) and thus is
probably better tested.

@Jamie, the gnome-calculator one on i386 with confinment enabled hits a
system call error, I'm happy to test candidate debs if that's useful

run() method executes twice.
For example: calls-scope always prints "CALLS starting" on entering
run().
