(i'm on a BQ Aquaris E 4.5), i've found that mediascanner-service-2.0 won't
scan my bind mounts at boot, but if i start it manually, all works fine...
A bit annoying to open a terminal every boot :(

Brian, it seems that maybe the unity-api-bugs team isn't super useful
right now. Most team packages already have ~unity-api-team subscribed.
So they don't seem super worried about bugmail. I'd propose we switch
the team in the package-subscribers script.

Per https://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-
spec-latest.html Icon is not a required field and I do not think we
should be so cavalierly throwing exceptions in such cases of certain
