Hi,
What happens if you remove the fb driver - uninstall the xserver-xorg-
video-fbdev package?
Also, I'm not sure what (if any) changes have been made in the kernel
version you're running - the 'pearl' version - but are you able to try
against a mainline kernel?

For the mainline kernel (general kernel from Ubuntu 16.04.02 AM64) was
not tested in case we are not supported for Hisilicon D05 board.
We also do some basic fbdev and modesetting testing on this kerenl by
pass Xserver, it seems works well and so we tend to think this is caused
by Xorg or driver

Hmmm, IMHO 'Err:' and 'W: Failed to fetch' indicate, that it was not
able to update properly and thus the result of the operation is
unreliable. So its like "your connection is secured, but may be not". I
guess most people wouldn't do any financial transaction when reading
this ... ;-)

By now (definitely xenial and above), this functionality has been
implemented via the cryptsetup package. It will take care of unlocking
resume devices so that one can simply use "resume=/dev/mapper/foo" for
the parameter.

There's various bug reports with package-conflicts for files in
'/etc/signon-ui/webkit-options.d/*' between account-plugins and
kaccounts-providers. (For instance bug 1617564)

This is a false positive in sudo. What's happening is that sudo is
taking an error from the program it executed and propagating out to the
calling shell. Thus when a called application aborts (i.e. SIGABRT), it
also triggers an abort for sudo.
To demonstrate:
