Same: ASUS Prime x470-pro, Ryzen 7 2700X, 4.18.0 kernel. Cracking sound on the mic/line-in on ALC1220. The only thing, that somewhat helped, is increasing the default-fragment-size-msec to 75+ at /etc/pulse/daemon.conf. But it is a workaround, and it doesn't remove the cracking fully. -- You
