I got a report of 239-7ubuntu4 that Metal isn't affected and works being upgraded. Knowing that I fetched a cosmic VM which as of the current image starts with 239-7ubuntu4 as well and works fine. Free was so kind to double check if it is me and spawned a cosmic container as well on his system.
