I think I have the same bug. I use Xubuntu 19.10. When the screen locks, mouse and keyboard events will lake me to the unlock screen. Password is accepted, but screen never shows the desktop. I can log out and log in again to restore the desktop, but of course this closes all applications. --

yeah, i tried both the condition and yes the problem is equally persistent in both the cases. moreover what i realized is when the mouse hovers over one of the menus in gnome tweak box, it assumes it as the click input and keep dancing between the menu pressed and non pressed situation. a sort of
