Hi,
Using Ubuntu 18.04 on an Asus K61IC, webcam image is flipped upside down

Hi,
I have a Lexmark E120 printer. It is working fine with Windows 7 and
Windows 10. I'm trying to migrate all my PCs to Ubuntu but my printer
prints one line garbage from Ubuntu. Seems to be related to this bug.
Any idea how to solve it? Thanks!

Hi,
If it's related to this bug, then it could be that it needs an entry in:
/usr/share/cups/usb/org.cups.usb-quirks
You will need to get the correct usb IDs from lsusb. Quoting from the file I
mentioned:
# To get the USB vendor and product IDs for a given printer, run the "lsusb"
# command,
Just a bit of context:
Symbolic action icons are the de-facto in a GNOME environment, full-colour
icons are legacy, that's why Yaru theme didn't originally have any "legacy"
full-colour action icons as its original author refused to do so.
The recent addition of the coloured document-*.png icons
I have the exact same issue. I cannot log out or shutdown my system by either

As the error message isn't in English, I have to rely on translation of
it; but it appears that you have a partially-configured package
(libsystemd0). Can you try running:

$ sudo apt upgrade
to see if either of those commands provide specific suggestion(s) of
commands for you

/etc/update-motd.d/50-motd-news contains a function called "safe_print".
Its documentation says it does not print control characters, but this is
false. If you look at the `tr` command it prints \012 (Device Control 2
aka. DC2 aka. ␒) and \015 (Negative Acknowledge aka. NAK

Correction: That's of course *octal* 012 and 015, aka. Line Feed and
Carriage Return. That should probably be explicit in the documentation.

Does the same thing happen if you try to shift+delete something in Nautilus?
(this also causes a dialog window to pop up)
I have a very similar issue if I play music in foobar2000 through Wine using
its "wasapi shared" output method and do that - the sound stutters for a brief
amount of time.
> A secondary problem, which might be an unfixable design choice, is
that it sounds like PulseAudio clients can block the sound of the entire
server.
If that's unfixable, then perhaps it makes sense to remove this behavior
from clients which are bundled with Ubuntu, such as Nautilus. They don't
I have the same problem with another soundcard - Steinberg UR12 (USB).

Hm, I think I have the same problem and the troublemaker is vers=3 in
the mounting options. The remote FSs without vers=3 are mounted nicely.
All the others are producing confusing errors as described above ...

$ lsb_release -rd
Description:Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS
Release:18.04
For some reason, I downloaded several ubuntu source deb packages (for
very latest build of "focal"?) and re-debuild them and forcefully
installed:
network-manager-strongswan_1.4.4-2_amd64
Same problem with Sony WH-1000XM2
My workaround is
1. Turn on headphone, wait to connect with low quality sink
2. Turn off bluetooth, wait couple of seconds and turn on
3. Reconnect headphones.
Works all the time.
