Re-open this bug, the reason why this was not reported for a while is
because of bug 1788574.
On the first attempt we tried to run the test, and it hangs with this issue.
The second attempt this test will fail due to the container already exists.

Bluetooth cannot turn on after disabling AirPlane mode
[Test Plan]
1. Open gnome-control-center and select Wi-Fi
2. Turn off Wi-Fi via UI
3. Select Bluetooth column
4. Turn off Bluetooth via UI
5. Turn Off AirPlane Mode in Bluetooth menu

I used the hirsute LiveCD again and it has mesa 21.0.1.
I refreshed apt but there wasn't any update of mesa. So I enabled
hirsute-proposed and upgraded mesa to 21.0.3.
Then I logged out and straight away there were glitches on the login
screen. I've logged in and confirmed that Gnome Shell and
