[Touch-packages] [Bug 1978428] [NEW] PCI/internal sound card not detected ALC4080 ASUS Z690 MB
Public bug reported: I have a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04 Jammy on my ASUS Z690 motherboard with an intel i7 12700K. Ever since the fresh install I am unable to have any sound play through the rear or front audio jacks. I believe it is a problem with ubuntu not being able to recognize the sound card on the MB since this hardware seems to be very very new. It also seems that snd-hda-intel is unable to find any codecs for the sound card or even identify the onboard sound card. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1864215] Re: Please add webp loader to gdk-pixbuf
The webp-pixbuf-loader package is still not available with Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. It is impossible to view a WebP image, except to open it with Firefox.
