This bug is also triggered every time a "netplan apply" is run, since
netplan will always re-generate the systemd-networkd config files.
VLAN interfaces are also torn down and recreated.
This is highly problematic on critical networking
I wonder if there is a method or a script which can be run automatically
to check printer status and remove the certificate if something is
wrong?

When I boot the 22.04.2 preinstalled server rsyslog is running as syslog and
not as rsyslog./
/var/log is ownded by root:syslog.
What makes your rsyslog run as user rsyslog and not as user syslog?
