I have the same problem with a Logitech M337 mouse and the
4.15.0-22-lowlatency kernel on my Dell Inspiron 15 laptop.
I also with a different Logitech M337 on the 4.4.15.0-22-generic kernel
on an Asus Transformer T300 Chi. Its bluetooth docking station reports
zero battery, too.

Still not solved, even after the official release of Ubuntu 18.04 LTS?
I was using Slimjet as my browser, and now I cannot anymore because of its
dependency to libcurl3... and I cannot just replace libcurl4 by libcurl3
because many other applications depend on libcurl4.
What can I do?!
