Um, good question. The volume in Gnome shell top right panel, as well

Expected behavior:
Settings in /etc/sysctl.conf won't be changed by an upgrade or there will be a
prompt if the original file should be overwritten.
What happened:
After performing an upgrade of package procps IPv4Forwarding was disabled in
/etc/sysctl.conf without asking:
Yes, I just removed the mouse under gnome-control-center, went into
`bluetoothctl` and tried to pair it again:
[bluetooth]# scan on
Discovery started
[NEW] Device 49:4E:A7:0B:A0:51 49-4E-A7-0B-A0-51
[NEW] Device 34:88:5D:3E:A1:A4 Bluetooth Mouse M336/M337/M535
[bluetooth]# pair 34:88:5D:3E:A1:A4
When it does pair, bluetoothctl doesn't report "ServicesResolved: no" or
"Connected: no".

I tested with only the patched kernel and it enables wifi.
However, there still seems to be something weird happening. Even though,
the wifi seems to work, it might take from seconds to minutes for a web
