I think I have found the culprit. It is a package called "autofirma",
distributed by the Spanish Administration to perform digital signatures with

1) Install the latest brscan2 package (I have brscan2-0.2.5-1.amd64.deb

2) Manually link the drivers brscan2 installed into /usr/lib/x86_64
-linux-gnu/sane/ and

the WiFi whitelist, and then test my Intel 7260 on there with
coexistance (I'm sure the iwlwifi implements coexistence on all wifi +

After upgrading to 19.04, I was unable to boot into linux 5.0 kernel, I got an
lvm not found message after providing my luks passphrase
