to modem-speed 33K/s; but the max. lan-speed should be 6 MB/s.
At the beginning of a download is a higher peak of a couple of 100 K/s
but is goes down in seconds to modem-speed 33k and less.

Have you tried explicitly setting .local as a search domain? I.e. add it
to Domains= in /etc/systemd/resolved.conf (or an override). I understand
your frustration, but it is documented correctly on the systemd-resolved
man page, and there is a documented work around.
