STEPS: (That seems to reproduce it for me)
1. With the device awake let it sleep on it's own
2. Once asleep wait for a minute
3. Tap the power button and leave it on the welcome screen
9/10 times this will trigger the issue here.

STEPS:
1. Call the phone using 141(What ever your hide the number code is)
2. In the dialer app on the phone slide up recent till it is fully open
3. Click on the UN phone number
4. This starts the call process
5. Hit the end call button
Note the end call button doesn't end
Same issue here. This really should be a security concern. Any one of
us could have been typing our password directly into irc if it was in
focus behind the lock screen.
