On eoan, after an initial startup / login, if an application crashes and
I click "report", I get a prompt saying the crash is reported and to
check the web page open in the browser to see if I have any additional
information.. except it never opens a page. The dialog just
It's the last thing seen on the console when it happens. The machine in
question has been updated to disco and I haven't seen the behavior.

Upon an upgrade to disco, now when anything access the audio output I
get a loud pop. Happens with a browser (firefox and chrome), spotify,
etc. It's independent of the application.

This seems intermittent for me. I admit I don't reboot often but I've

on "Stopping firmware update daemon." It eventually will reboot but it
hangs there for quite some time before doing so.

the unattended-upgrades configuration, it decided to remove linux-image-
generic which also removed linux-modules-extra which caused sound
drivers to disappear, etc.

A bit of additional information. I *believe* if you
logout/restart/reboot by clicking the icon in the top right and using
the menu, the navigation shortcuts are preserved. If you restart by any
other method, IE, reboot, init 6, shutdown, etc then the navigational
shortcuts are wiped. I'll update
