All of these steps are necessary:
- udevadm hwdb --update
- udevadm control --reload
- replug the keyboard or do a unbind-bind-cycle via sysfs
Not doing any one of them will not produce the intended effect.

No netw
Setting
/etc/systemd/resolv.conf entry DNSSEC=no and enacting a sudo service
systemd-resolved restart works around the problem for me. However, DNSSEC with
the default (i.e. fallback) should still work.
Starting Firefox does not "fix" the problem for me, though.

Easy workaround which does not require another apt-setup.udeb:
d-i preseed/late_commandstring \
in-target wget -q -O /etc/apt/trusted.gpg.d/bla.asc
http://bla.de/bla.asc ; \
in-target sed -i '/keyword to uncomment specific line in file/s/^# *//'
/etc/apt/sources.list ;
Exact same problem here with Ubuntu 18.04 and kernel Linux
4.18.0-16-generic.

Kernel 4.9+ regression:

Recently I found that in distributions <=18.04 libcurl is built without
libssh2 and therefore does not support the sftp/scp protocols.
I am not sure if this is a bug, but maybe this should be added per
default as its the case on 19.10 for example.

It seems that the font size is now twice as large as before. This affects the
