was previously unimplemented. The value you have there is the default
for pam-autologin-service. If you delete the line autologin-session it
should work fine.

Fixed on vivid. I attempted to connect using the ethernet interfaces
address (Xephyr :1 -query ) and was not able to when this
option is enabled.
