you are right. Carbon seemed to grab the python module from the pip
installation, not from the repository.
"pip remove pyOpenSSL" solved the issue.
The repo file /usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/OpenSSL/crypto.py has the same
reference to OpenSSL_add_all_algorithms but it doesn't

My expectance would be: If everything comes from the same ubuntu repository, I
get a consistent set of tools which work together.
I am aware that this is not always possible but maybe there is a
