Hi, I just got this error when installing Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS from USB Drive.
My laptop details are below:
Model: Illegear Onyx V Ryzen
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz

On Ubuntu 18.04 the problem is solved if you installed the available package by

Since this certificate is now included in several major browsers, sites
are starting to be deployed with this as a root cert. However, it
doesn't work with tools on ubuntu that use the system ca-certificates.
