On an old Intel Pentium 4 PC. This bug is one of the most annoying one I
have ever encountered.

Looks like this an issue related to boards with Intel integrated
graphics. I may be wrong. Also on some occasions the corrupt mouse would
get fixed by itself like on trying to take a screenshot.
