No longer affects openlp 2.4.0 and 2.4.6, which OpenLP at GitLab has declared a WontFix. Awaiting 2.9.1 (unreleased as of 29 January 2021) for focal-proposed, groovy-proposed, and hirsute-proposed. I's able to get the EL1210-09 fully up by cherrypicking packages appropriate for nVIDIA 390.nn
