Public bug reported: I'm not sure exactly what the problem is but on our 18.04 server installing packages has become an issue. For apt packages the workaround is: sudo MAN_DISABLE_SECCOMP=1 apt install But I recently tried to install rstudio server with and without passing the seccomp
