Bug description:
  Currently mediascanner2 (0.105+14.10.20141001.1-0ubuntu1) on RTM
  Proposed image #103 scans m3u files which then show up in the Music
  App. The following is an example of a row in the database for an m3u:

  "/home/phablet/Music/Ryan Macklemore/Theft/00
  -macklemore_and_ryan_lewis-the_heist-2012-ftd.m3u" ""      ""
  "00-macklemore and ryan lewis-the heist-2012-ftd"       ""      ""
  ""      ""      ""      "0"     "0"     "0"     "0"     "0"     "0.0"
  "0.0"   "0"     "1"
