  Alsa-lib 1.1.3-1 puls in python2.7 (Zepus dev)

Status in alsa-lib package in Ubuntu:
  New
Status in alsa-lib package in Debian:
  New

Bug description:
  The newest alsa-lib (package libasound2) in Zesty Zepus (v. 1.1.3-1) puls in
python2.7.
  Package libasound2 depends on libpython2.7 (>= 2.7).
  Earlier version did not depend on python2.7, so this is a new feature.
  However, the aim was to get rid of puthon2.7 (transition to pyhton3) in the
official ubuntu content.

 And would you want it to be coloured in the same manner as normal diff
 and patch files?

debdiff is a program that generates diffs in source and binary debian
packages. For source, the output is just unidiff, but for binaries it also
lists extra/missing files between packages, and differences in the control
headers (using wdiff format).
