[Touch-packages] [Bug 1421247] [NEW] Fonts are inconsistent size on HiDPI

Public bug reported: On a recent update the font sizes changed on various applications. On Thunderbiard they are VERY_LARGE however on installing Unity tweek tool and resetting the font sizes nothing altered. Title bars are rather large font also. varying size fonts on applications ProblemType
