After upgrading to focal, there is no `/usr/bin/python` executable and
no `python` package that can installed.
As are result:
- 3rd party packages that require a `python` package fail to install or are
removed during upgrade or `apt --fix-broken install`

BTW - I'm running Kubuntu, and doing the upgrade with kubuntu-devel-
release-upgrade works just fine without needing to update appstream to
0.12.2 first.

I have ran the tool a few times because it seemed to be crashing - at
first it wouldn't run at all complaining about missing PyQT, so I
installed python-qt-binding; then it seemed to be crashing due to
missing pathlib, so I installed that as well and ran it again.

[vivid] apport-bug crashes under KDE

As of yet, this is still an issue. The problems seems to be that vivid-
proposed has libflac8:amd64=1.3.1 but no update i386. The 32 bit version
is still stuck at 1.3.0 and apt-get refuses to install conflicting
