[Touch-packages] [Bug 1839756] Re: Nvidia driver options are not easy to understand
Thanks for the response and the explanation Matthew, the new design is a big improvement, good to know that it's already in the works! -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to software-properties in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1839756 Title: Nvidia driver options are not easy to understand Status in software-properties package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: I have just upgraded to Ubuntu 18.04.3LTS, and the options I have for my nvidia driver are shown in the screenshot. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1586826] [NEW] VPN authentication steals focus on login screen.
Public bug reported: Steps to reproduce: Set up a VPN connection in network manager using password authentication, and store the password. Set up a Wireless network to connect automaticall, and to automatically connect to the configured VPN. Confirm that the network and VPN connect without prompting you for the password. Log out or reboot to the login screen. Wait for the wireless network to connect. The VPN authentication dialog appears, and prevents you from typing in the login form. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1434986] Re: Not working network connection after boot
I am experiencing this issue on 16.04 LTS when resuming from suspend. Running `sudo systemctl restart NetworkManager.service` works around the issue and brings the network back up. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to network-manager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1434986 Title: Not working network connection after boot Status in NetworkManager: Expired Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu: Triaged Bug description: Directly after boot the network connections are not working. I am connected and have an IP address, but I cannot establish a connection with any Internet server. I have the impression it is related to thee DNS lookup, which waits forever for a result. Cycling the connection (disconnect->reconnect) seems to fix the problem for some time. I am reporting this against network-manager, but I am not sure if it is directly in network manager or if it is systemd related. With 14.10 everything worked perfectly.
