[Touch-packages] [Bug 1352975] Re: GUI symbol for Wi-fi in 14.10 shows not connected even when connected
I'm getting this too, since upgrading from 14.04 (clean install) to 14.10. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to network-manager in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1352975 Title: GUI symbol for Wi-fi in 14.10 shows not connected even when connected Status in One Hundred Papercuts: Confirmed Status in network-manager package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Status in wifi-radar package in Ubuntu: Invalid Bug description: Using Ubuntu 14.10 alpha 2 with all updates. Network manager 0.9.8.8-0ubuntu23 Wifi-card: Intel Wireless 7260 (Rev 73) The Wi-fi symbol in the top right corner does not indicate that it is connected to Wi-fi even when it is connected. [Touch-packages] [Bug 1352975] Re: GUI symbol for Wi-fi in 14.10 shows not connected even when connected
Various sources online suggest this bug is fixed in Network Manager 9.8.8.9 (Ubuntu is currently on 9.8.8.8) but I haven't verified this myself.
