That's why it is failing. It's been refactored upstream, at this commit: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/1bbbefe7a68059eb55d864c3e0e670d00269683a however I don't think that's really a 'bug fix', and probably isn't a candidate to backport to Bionic. Do you really have no RTC in your
