The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libqmi/1.30.4-1~ubuntu20.04.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users. Users can manually install the unlock utility as described in the "FCC unlock procedures in ModemManager >= 1.18.4" section in the page above.
