The tutorial page no longer exists. I'd like to be able to reproduce this bug, but can't find documentation on how to create a Unity lens. ** Changed in: unity (Ubuntu) Status: Confirmed => Incomplete ** Changed in: unity Status: Confirmed => Incomplete -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Touch seeded packages, which is subscribed to unity in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1003124 Title: creating and running own lens causes failure to load external images Status in Unity: Incomplete Status in unity package in Ubuntu: Incomplete Bug description: Following the tutorial here (http://developer.ubuntu.com/2012/04/how- to-create-a-wikipedia-unity-lens-for-ubuntu/), I created my own lens. However, I noticed the wikipedia icon didn't load. I continued on. After installing another lens I noticed images didn't load there. So I restarted my X server, and ran the *already installed* lens I had written. Images now loaded for everything. After running `sudo quickly install` and `quickly run` for the extension after making changes, all externally requested images now failed to load.
