Bug description:
At the time this happened I had Google Chrome open and I took a
screenshot with the Take Screenshot app.

Suddenly the whole system became unresponsive. The mouse cursor would get
stuck every once in a while; I couldn't click and drag to unmaximize the
current window. Alt+tab did nothing. The launcher wouldn't show up when moving
the mouse to the left of the screen. After hitting Ctrl+Alt+D (show desktop)
several times unsuccesfully, at the end the desktop partially showed up, with
pieces of windows and garbage all over. The system dropdown menu on the
upper-right corner wouldn't show up. The whole system was stalled. CPU
consumption seemed to be pretty high but not 100% (I guess from the noise of
the fan)
I had to force a hardware power off.

After a fresh boot, as soon as I tried to open Google Chrome, this
seemed to happen again, but this time the system recovered from this
state by itself. Actually I switched to a virtual terminal with
Ctlr+Alt+F1 (because I couldn't open a terminal window in any way) but
I only logged in and ran top without figuring out anything useful.
Then I switched back to the normal screen with Ctrl+Alt+F7 and
everything was working normally this time.
