separate bug since Debian OpenAL has made the decision to move forward
without roar:

Thanks for the workaround. As I haven't a clue what roaraudio is, I'll
probably never need it. I have wine back again in Utopic!

I dropped the roaraudio support in OpenAL and put a "fixed" version of
openal in my PPA:
https://launchpad.net/~dtl131/+archive/ubuntu/mediahacks/+packages
If you have no idea what roaraudio is and just want to install wine
again, this should help (it worked on my Utopic VM)
