Bug description:
  If a device is pin locked (or password locked), messages should appear on the 
greeter with limited information. After tapping on the clickable notification, 
user is presented with the unlock screen. If passcode/password is entered 
correctly, user is redirected to the correct messaging thread in the 
messaging-app.

currently the notfications are either shown in full or not at all when
greeter is locked, as this is the design
