Looking back at the merge proposals the decision was that the ubuntu-
themes would be specific to Ubuntu/Unity and no additional support for
other desktops would be accepted. I was advised to create derivative
themes, which we have done they are called Ambiant-MATE and Radiant-MATE
and are provided
This problem has come back with 16.16 and and Mate 1.12 panel
colorization; can this be re-opened or should I open a new ticket?
