  mako fails to update

Status in “system-image” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Tried to update this morning and it failed, just hung. This was during
  the DC network outage we had in the UK AM. 185 is available but I
  can't upgrade to it. Tried rebooting.

  Now it's in a state where it won't update.
