The issue is critical, but marking it as Incomplete as far as i-network
goes as we don't have enough information to decide where the actual
problem is right now.
Could I get the output of:
dbus-send --system --print-reply --dest=org.freedesktop.URfkill
/org/freedesktop/URfkill/WLAN
State 0 means unblocked, so indicator-network is showing the state
correctly as reported by URfkill.
