When running apport-bug as either root or as a regular user, it always
fails as follows:

* I type apport-bug <package_name>

* System data is collected and displayed in a pop-up window. I
continue.

* The browser (firefox) is displayed with an error:

-------------------------------------------
File not found
Firefox cannot find the file at <current working dir
path>/https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apport/+filebug/<long_id_string>
-------------------------------------------

In the terminal window where the command was initiated, the following is
displayed:

-------------------------------------------
% bug apport

** (apport-gtk:13523): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility
bus: Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-t4rIGS23K1: Connection
refused

(process:13996): GLib-CRITICAL **: g_slice_set_config: assertion 'sys_page_size
== 0' failed
-------------------------------------------

The first warning may be related to this long standing bug:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+bug/1061554

The second appears to be a Firefox bug as reported here;
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=833117

Could the Firefox bug be responsible for the failues of apport-bug?

** Affects: apport (Ubuntu)
