Hi,
I am impacted by a very similar bug.
Configuration: Mako OTA 5 rev 22 installed on a Nexus 4.
Timezone: Europe/Paris (UTC+2)
Step to reproduce (calendar view is week or day, say for example week)
1) Launch Calendar
2) Tap on the screen on a day D, hour H. A new event is created without title
I guess this fix is already deployed?

I've just re-run the previous test with Renatu's
https://code.launchpad.net/~renatofilho/qtorganizer5-eds/fix-1311165
branch and it does indeed seem to fix this problem.
That branch has already been merged but hasn't landed yet.

To test this, I created a calendar event for tomorrow (Fri Oct 24) going from
4:55 PM (16:55) to 5:55 PM (17:55).
My timezone: America/New York (UTC-4).
Given this setup and set of inputs, calendar-app creats this entry in
~/.local/share/evolution/calendar/system/calendar.ics:
BEGIN:VCALENDA
Done !
Thanks kunal.
