Bug description:
  How to reproduce:

  1) Switch to windowed mode.
  2) Maximize an application (it does not matter which one, even the dash is 
ok).
  3) Switch back to phone mode.
  4) Bring the application which you previously maximed to the foreground.

  What happens:

  The close/minimize/maximize buttons are still there.
