Just add-apt-repository doesn't work as the priority of a silo is below the regular archive so those things aren't pulled in. At best you use the citrain command line tool for this. However if you're installing a silo you will put your device into unsupported state and have to reflash to avoid

Would be interesting to know how bluetooth differs between car manufacturers. My BmW has no problem linking to the `phone once first establisehd but it cannot download address data. Have contacted tech dept at bq who claim to be working on the connection problem but have yet to see any progress.
