thanks, is there a way to generate/receive such messages for testing? Hi, I am able to reproduce it every time with my operator (Orange, France) when I 'ask a new password for my mobile account. I can give you log if needed but where are they ? Hi, Here is a video to show the problem. Sorry, for the quality, I'm not really good for video editing and screen recording.
