Oh, I did not at first see that the bugreport is related to eatmydata. libeatmydata changed the .so localtion between utopic and vivid (from /usr/lib to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu), but the LD_PRELOAD was set only once before starting aptitutde (sudo eatmydata aptitude) and hence was pointing to
