glibc-2.21/elf/rtld.c -- http://osxr.org/glibc/source/elf/rtld.c#0818 .
It means initramfs-tools is reading stderr and parses the output. It is
not clear from the output where exactly this happens.

Oh, I did not at first see that the bugreport is related to eatmydata.
libeatmydata changed the .so localtion between utopic and vivid (from
/usr/lib to /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu), but the LD_PRELOAD was set only
once before starting aptitutde (sudo eatmydata aptitude) and hence was
pointing to
