Public bug reported:

Hi,

I've installed Ubuntu Vivid in OpenVZ container and observing strange
systemd behaviour.

Every time I do bind mount systemd immideately umounts it. Bind mount is on
root partition
which is block device /dev/ploopXXX.

I've found the similar BUG about block device in Gentoo:

https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=541402

They fixed the problem by the patch (see in the BUG^^^).

Also, there is BUG in mainstream:

https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=89383

I can reproduce the BUG with 100% probability and confirm it.
What's about backporting Gentoo's fix to Vivid?

Regards,
Kirill
